Inter Link saves the personal data input to this form in an electronic file. We will only process or use your data to the extent necessary to deal with your complaint and to improve the products.

Your personal data will be archived for as long as it is necessary until the complaint has been completely processed unless you enforce your right to delete your data as described in the following or a longer archiving period is permitted or prescribed by law or on the basis of a directive.

During this time we will apply any suitable means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data and prevent damaging or deleting it as well as inhibit any access by unauthorized third parties.

Access to your personal data has been strictly restricted to Inter Link staff and (if applicable) our subcontractors. Affected subcontractors are obliged to maintain confidentiality and must exclusively use your data in compliance with our contractual terms and conditions as well as any valid legislation. Except for the aforementioned cases, we shall be obliged to refrain from selling, leasing, transferring or making your data accessible to third parties without your prior consent unless we are obliged to do so for a legitimate reason.

Some of the recipients of your data are located outside the European Union. The recipient(s) have committed to the principles of the Privacy Shield.

As per French data protection legislation, dated January 6, 1978, in its amended version and European Directive no. 2016/679/EU, dated April 27, 2016 (applicable from May 25th, 2018), you have the right to access, correction, portability and deletion of your data as well as a restriction of its processing. If there are legitimate grounds, you can also appeal the processing of data affecting you. Please contact Inter Link to exercise your rights. This requires you to provide valid proof of identity.

If you do not or no longer want to receive our notifications, customer advertising and invitations, you have the option to change your previously made decision by contacting us under the aforementioned conditions. This also applies if you prefer to not receive notifications, customer advertising or promotional offers from our partners.
